GRA E-VAT: Under Ghana's VAT Act 2025 (Act 1151), every VAT-registered business must issue GRA-cleared receipts with a QR code and VSDC number. The terminal is configured to handle this automatically before delivery.

Returns within 7 days if damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied — unused and in original packaging. Installed or configured terminals cannot be returned. 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects.
