Atlantic Lithium Ltd is a Ghana-focused lithium exploration and development company committed to becoming Africa's premier lithium producer. Implementation Approach

• Go-Live: System launched on 27th June 2023 following successful simulation and validation

• Handover: Formal handover of the live system, including system blueprint and process documentation

Training and Knowledge Transfer
