Aruti 9.0.76.1(2) Release Notes

Aruti Configuration

  • A new setting for skipping Employee movement approval checkbox has been included.

  • A new setting for skipping Employee biodata approval with list selection has been included.

  • New setting on option-> notification setting tab: "Show Aruti signature on notification". has been included.By default it will be ticked.

  • A new setting has been included in the integration tab options menu :
           1. BR-JV option in Accounting Software in Integration in Aruti Configuration.
           2. Number setting is given for BR JV serial no. in Integration in Aruti Configuration.
           3.SQL Database connection setting is given to post BR JV data to SQL.
           4. Both Export and Posting options are given for BR JV on Journal Voucher Report.
           5. Batch no. is stored on the period master to check posting is already done or not in period.

  • New setting have been included (# 0003481).:
    Check-boxes on Performance Assessment Tab 
    1. Make employee comments mandatory while doing assessment.
    2. Make assessor comments mandatory while doing assessment.                                                                                                      3. Make reviewer comments mandatory while doing assessment.

  • B Area setting has been included for SAP ECC 6.0 JV integration on option-> integration tab

  • New setting for Flex Cube JV : Cost Center for advance drop down has been included on Option -> Payroll setting.

  • Setting included :"Allow Leave application to be applied for back dates" on configuration option.[Leave & time Settings Tab -> Leave Approver Setting] by default this option is ticked.

  • In configuration path setting, there should be an option to save documents in database,This should do the same for all document saved from web  to be saved in database.(# 2540).

  • New setting to view Employee scale on ESS has been included -> Option-> Self Service Integration-> “Allow to view Employee scale”.(# 3656).

  • New menu for Mapping User Roles has been included :Aruti Configuration -> User Creation -> List -> Operation Button -> Map User with Role.

  • New administrator email for system error to be sent to required email has been included: option-> General Setting -> System Error Settings.

  • Added the notification for "Appointment anniversary".
    This should be fired on the appointment date of the employee for every year. It should also be linked to Letter type where they will be able to create Message/ Letter with an option to insert number of years of service (which is currently not in the list of letter fields).(# 3640).

  • Notification when an employee reached work anniversary; 3 days. They want to set the range of 5 years, so as the system will be notifying them
    --> New Setting is added Under Aruti Configuration,
    Aruti Configuration -> Option -> Notification Settings -> Employee Relation Center -> Notify Employee On Defined Year Work/Appointment Anniversary(# 0003675).

  • New setting for Leave Application Escalation -> option-> notification setting tab has been included.In that At a time only one setting will other out of 3 settings : 1.Approve leave form 2.Reject Leave Form, 3.Re-crurrent Reminder for Approval.

  • Store System Errors in database and allow to resend and archive system errors.Given system error screen in 
    1. Aruti Configuration -> Audit Trail -> System Error Log

  • Work anniversary notification option included to send email notification to sent to selected User and SMS as well.

  • New setting for Claim remark mandatory has been included: Option->General Setting->Claim Remark Setting->”Claim Remark Mandatory for Claim Application”. (# 3614).

  • New settting On Configuration Setting Screen, In HR Setting Tab=>Employee Settings=> Lock User on Suspension has been included.

  • New document type COVER LETTER has been added on scan attachment screen.(# 3955).

  • Setting on aruti configuration to set Curriculum Vitae and Cover Letter attachment mandatory (# 3955).

  • New link for "Attachment" has been added in online recruitment portal to allow to attach CV and Cover Letter. (# 3955).

  • New setting for Sending Notification on Grievance Disagree has been included :Configuration Option >> Notification Settings >> Employee Grievance Disagree Notification Setting.

  • New setting on configuration of "Don't Allow Advance" Under "Loan/Advanced Settings on ESS" section in Self-Service Setting Tab has been included. (Support # 0003941). 

  • Provided option in configuration where we can set the start date and award date as mandatory or option fields.

  • Provided new Privileges "allow to Add/edit Operational privileges" in Configure property.

  • Email Notification ,email will be sent to selected user when users are created/edited from User creation screen.->Options->notification setting->User Create/edit Notification Settings.

  • Added Interviewers Mail template Selection Setting --> Notification Settings  >> Recruitment Notification Setting >> Batch Scheduling Letter Template Setting.

  • Added Applicant Mail template Selection Setting --> Notification Settings >> Recruitment Notification Setting >> Interview Scheduling Letter Template Setting.

  • Included new setting :  Self service Setting Tab, Option called "Allow to View Employee Timesheet Report". by default this setting is ticked. if this option is unticked then In ESS, Employee will not see the Employee timesheet report. (# 4149).

  • Included setting for Notification Under Integration Tab --> Flexcube Integration, Where user can specify the email addressess with comma separated values.

  • Active Directory Integration Requirement For NMB [Ref No : 273].

Resolved Issues

  • Issue regarding Aruti unable to create employee as user in AD has been resolved (support # 0003186).

  • Retrieving claim application status from P2P.

  • Issue regarding Ability to create an external user when Integrate users from ACTIVE DIRECTORY option is enabled has been resolved (Support # 0003816).

  • Issue regarding All Report Access privilege disappear just after Running sp of 76 dated 7/05/2019 has been resolved (Support # 0003820).

  • Issue regarding error found at STJude for Active Directory has been resolved.

  • Issue regarding Getting Error On Saving New Employee and also save configuration has been resolved. (Support # ).                  

Aruti HR & Payroll

General :

 

  • Now Increment date selection has been made mandatory and also it will Notify user if Salary will be prorated when then change this date other than 1st day of selected period.

  • Provided Mapping for Excel Columns during Shift Importation/Update Existing. (Papaye Fast Foods).

  • On allocation new filter has been inlcuded : “Relation from Dependents”.

  • Employee skill filter has been added in Advance Filter screen

Employee :

 

  • Add Filters For Job And Employee In Organization Chart.

  • Checkbox option has been given on Employee Master, Import Employee, Import Applicant, Employee Rehire screen to Assign Default Salary heads while adding a new employee or rehiring employee.

  • Approval flow for Employee Dependants and Identities has been included.

  • On Approve/Reject screen now the user will be able to view which documents were newly added or deleted.

  • Approval flow for Addresses on employee master has been included.

  • Provided option to make Attachment In Identity, Address, Emergency Contact, Others, Birthinfo.

  • Email notification sent to approver when changes are made on biodata approval(Skill, Qualification, Referee, Dependant, Employee Experience, Membership, Identity, OtherInfo, BirthInfo, Address, Emergency Contact)

  • Approval Flow For Birth Info And Otherinfo have been included.

  • Report For Failure and Success From Employee List -> Flexcube Data Screen -> Search/Export.

  • Objective values should have comma separation

  • For objective planning, all qualitative and quantitative objective values should be allowed to exceed 100% otherwise there should be only one option for quantitative --> Option given in configuration for goal type inclusion.

  • On update progress, there should be a formula to add up the entries updated. Currently, the system takes the last entry as a cumulative value.

  • During update progress, it should be possible to update more than one entry after approval on the same date.

  • During the assessment, instructions should be on the first page just after selecting the period and after reading instruction. The next page should by default display

  • The word Objective/Goals/Targets on Self Performance Evaluation can now be renamed to My Objectives.

  • On the Employee Qualification report, you can now include employee code on the report. The employee code is currently lacking in that report.

Discipline :

  • For the disciplinary templates, Employee code, grade and grade level fields are now enabled 

  • A field to pick the final hearing date on disciplinary templates is now available.

  • You can now provide employee allocations on discipline letter templates fields

  • You can provide employee reporting to a field on discipline templates. 

  • You can provide fields to pick a hearing date, venue fields on discipline templates

  • On loan application. the screen there should be a field to set employee's loan account number, the account number should also be displayed on loan report.

  • On the disciplinary templates, provide Employee code, grade and grade level fields.

  • Provide field to pick final hearing date on disciplinary templates

  • Provide employee allocations on discipline letter templates fields

  • Provide employee reporting to field on discipline templates.

  • Provide fields to pick a hearing date, venue fields on discipline templates

Recruitment :

  • HeadCount should be free from any allocation instead of only Job Group in Staff Requisition.

  • Ability to preview applications/attachments without downloading them (# 0004262)

  • Ability to download attachments in bulky and not individual applications (cover letters and CVs) (# 0004263).

  • Ability to download attachments directly and not in zip format. (# 0004264)

Performance Module :

  • The system should also allow assessment scores above 100% when assessment setting on configuration is based on weight

  • On custom section items when item needs to list completed training, it should be possible to link the item with the completed trainings in training module

  • There should be a check box to include/exclude the completed training during defining the custom item

  • System should lock employees and assessors/reviewer from planning or assessment as per selected date by the user, it should also notify users few days before locking. It should also notify time set for progress updates.

  • On reviewer settings, if reviewer is the same as assessor system should consider assessor score as reviewer scores (Allowed Same Assessor as Reviewer)

Note : Login As Reviewer & Use "Copy Assessor Score"

  • Renaming of the caption “My Goals” to “My Balanced scorecard”

  • Changing the display of planning page, themes(perspective) should not be repeated in case of same perspective but different objectives

  • Planning should have five columns i.e.

    Objective goal value

  • All pages which searching does not need many criteria after user select mandatory criteria, required page should be displayed automatically without user click on search button

  • Remove search button on the screen after user click on start new assessment, this should be done in both self assessment, assess employee and review employee

  • There should be a close button to all pages (both ESS and MSS)

  • It should be possible to select Unit of measure(such as %, Tsh, etc.) for goal value field while setting goals and on the planning page goals value column, displayed goals values should have the unit of measure.

  • Update progress process should be found by clicking a link on main menu panel then it opens the same page of goals setting with an update progress column (users might get lost to go with performance steps).

  • Renaming meu caption My Balanced Scorecard to "Set Score Card", Goals Approval to "Submit for Approval"

  • Mandatory Employee and Assessor Comments/Score Justification.Mandatory comments against BSC scores and Attribute scores. Employee and supervisor/reviewer comments to be made mandatory.A configurable option can be made on aruti config for clients to choose whether to make the comments optional or mandatory because some clients want the comments against every score to be mandatory. (# 0003481).

  • Setting "Use Separate Column to record the score agreed between employee and supervisor" & "Reviewer Scores Not Necessary, Just comments are enough" were working together, But ZRA need to separate the 2 Settings and work them as individuals, where they wanted to use only comments from reviewer and don't want to use agreed score setting.(ZRA).

  • Calibration process has been included in this version

  • An assessor should be able view Perspective, Objective and KPI for the update progress made.

  • Assessor should be able to view update progress date, %completed, updated value, update progress status (goals status), update progress remark and Approval status for each entry.

1. Status and remarks column should display contents even when approval status is pending
2. Hide total weight caption when rating by scale is set.
3. Include a link to  copy assessor score to agreed score column link during assessor assessment process
4. Score guide column should have mouse hover, see below example;
5. Change caption from “update goals progress” to “mid-year review” -- Can be done in language
6. Remove weight column (Template 3). 

 

  • New Columns Added as Enhancement Requested on Calibration Report (Calibrated Employee) Type, Provisional Rating and Calibrated Rating.

Employee BioData :

  • Added Employee Data Approval Flow (Skill/Referee/Qualification & Employee Experience) in Desktop & Web.

  • The migration enforcement screen has been included from transfer and re-categorize screens.

  • Provided Feature To Add/ remove Attachment for Employee Experience.

  • On salary change screen, create a connection between new scale text box and change amount text box. i.e if a user types in the new scale, the change amount calculates automatically.

  • On global assign ED screen / ED screen, when user sets the stop date, prorate the earning/ deduction upto the set stop date (# 275).

  •  

Aruti Payroll/ Loan

Payroll, Loans & Savings

  • On Salary change screen. Allow salary prorated for the new salary i.e for full basic salary, take old salary until the effective date of the new salary + new salary from the effective date (# 275). (# 0003290). Ability to auto compute year of service allowance based on the accumulated number of years employed including rehired period.

  • On payroll authorization screen, provide a link to payroll variance report. When user clicks on the link, he/she to view the payroll variance report of the month that has been processed.

  • Leave,  Travel,  claims  etc.) - Prorated earning/deduction for new employees that are to be paid in the next  payroll  period. Handling more than one prorated calculation within  (one)  payroll period  (Salaries,  Allowances,  Overtime,  Per-diems, (This is done for only Salary Heads and Flat Rate Heads as Formula based are calculated based on either prorated salary or prorated flat rate heads) (# 0003291).

  • Option "Prorate Flat Rate head" on Transaction Head for Recurrent Head.

    1.Prorate only Heads set from Trans Head has been included.

    2.Do not Prorate if Posted in same Leaving Period
    3.Prorate if is Joining and Posted in same period
    4.Prorate if Terminated and re- hired in same Period).

  • Push amount in 3DES encrypted format in Flex Cube NMB JV.

  • On employee cost center, provide a global option to assign all employees, on a single transaction head to one cost centre. Also on this screen, provided analysis by option where user can filter out employees.

  • Allocation filter has been included on employee cost center screen to distribute cost center to all allocations. (CCK) (# 3499).

  • Option to filter employees who has not been assigned selected head in selected period on Global Assign ED screen.

  • Included "Modulus" function to finds the remainder after division of one number in transaction head formula.

  • Included filter to show only newly hired, rehired employees and those not assigned on employee cost center screen has been included.

  • Included payroll functions for late coming and early departure, same as all short hour functions:

1.Total Late Coming Days.

2. Total Early Departure Days.

 

 

  • Consider prorating option from the headmaster for mid join / leaving employee when stop date is not set.

  • Approval Flow for Flat Rate Heads Amount Uploaded.


    1. Set ED in pending status if the user has not privilege of ED approval


    2. Perform Global approver with option to filter for allocation and approved any posted (new /edited) E & D values in MSS


    3. Send notifications to ED approvers for all employees ED in one email (# 0004098).

 

  • Email Notification to approve / reject Flat Rate Amounts Uploaded/edited/updated. (# 0004099).

  • Show count on the 8th step "Update loan balance" in a close period.

  • Added a filter "Calculation Type" in Employee Earning & Deduction List screen.(# 4212).

 

Loan :

 

  • On the loan application screen, there should be a field to set the employee's loan account number, the account number should also be displayed on the loan report (# 0003303).

  • Given cost center mapping on loan scheme screen.

  • New loan calculation type "No Interest With Mapped Head" has been given on loan scheme master screen and loan advance screen.

1. If the above loan calculation type is selected, the system will pick the mapped head amount and will deduct it from loan in each period.

2. By default, loan tenure will be 1 month as EMI is decided until payroll is processed in each period. After closing each period, loan tenure will be incremented by 1 month until the loan is fully recovered and get completed.(# 3775).

 

  • On the loan application screen, there should be a field to set the employee's loan account number, the account number should also be displayed on the loan report.

  • Option for EOC to affect the number of installments on loans. (# 0004115).

Savings

  • Given cost center mapping on saving scheme screen. 

Aruti Leave & Time & Attendance

Leave :

 

  • On ESS leave planner, the system is asking the employee to select an employee. This is wrong as the employee is doing the planner for himself/herself.  Alternatively, have the cox pre-checked.

  • On expense assignment, it should be possible to assign occurrence of a request without having accrued value.

  • On sector/route assignment, provide an option to global assign routes.

  • On expense information screen there should be a setting box (show on ESS) and by default should be checked - this will enable the user to decide if that particular claim can be requested from both ESS and MSS or MSS only.

  • Two new settings have been introduced on leave type master:” Set this leave as Block leave”,” Stop Apply Leave across F.Y/ELC”.

  • Changes for; During leave, the application user should be able to indicate a person will be acting on his absence(reliever) and approver should be able to edit and map roles(privilege assigned) to acting person NB: Reliever should be within same allocations as employee applying for leave.

  • System to show leave history for the employee since employment on leave process screen.A new setting for this has been included: “Show closed FY Transactions”.

  • NMB CBS integration for block leave has been implemented ,one needs to see configure from option-> integration-> HRFlex cube integration -> Service type-> User service in order to use Block leave.

  • Voltamp Transformers Leave Frequency Change has been included -> New setting on leave type master:” Consider Leave on Tna Period” has been included and it needs to be ticked in order to make this feature workable. (#0003287).

  • On Leave approver Level Master: Introduced Escalation days .if Leave Escalation days Setting is ticked on configuration then only Escalation days will be enabled.

  • The system should check employee suspension status in real-time during leave application. E.g. When an employee is suspended when doing leave application, and a suspension is done for him, he should not be able to save the leave application.

  • Now, On ESS all leave types will be shown on leave reports earlier its was only shown which were ticked as “Show on ESS”. And on leave form, leave process, leave adjustment, etc. In MSS all leave types will be shown. (# 0004321).

Budget Employee Timesheet

  • Allow people to exceed time assigned to the project initially- They have scenarios where staff got to work more for the project that the assigned time, so they want them to be able to allocate more hours than the assigned. (# 0003693).

Time & Attendance

  • Shift override function substitute has been included as to importation for the shift will now update shifts earlier it was inserting only. New setting of “Override if Exists” has also been included. (# 0002803).

  • Changes for the System should be able to import attendance from the ZK exported data file that has been included (# 3726).

  • Allow overriding/replace pre-assigned shifts in Shift Assignment without requiring the user to Delete previous assigned shifts. (# 0002803).

  • Integration with the FingerTec attendance device.

  • Feature to exclude suspended employees from attendance in case they clock in while on suspension has been included (# 0003462).

  • New fields have been included in letter template EOC Effective Date and Reinstatement dates. 

Aruti Utilities

Audit Trails :

  • Store System Errors in database and allow to resend and archive system errors. given system error screen in 

1. Aruti -> Utility -> Audit Trail -> System Error Log.

 

Claims & Requests

  • For P2P Setting, On Claim Master,  Cost Center selection has been included for Capex Expenditure type of specific expense only. If Expense having Budget Mandatory then we can add all Capex and Opex Expenditure type in one expense application but we cannot add HR Expense in that application. for HR Expense, User/Employee have to make new expense application.

  • In Claim Request screen, When User/Employee adding/Editing any expense and if expense having budget mandatory and "Budget Request Validation Service URL" is set in configuration then only system will check for budget from P2P system otherwise it will not check.

  • In Claim Request screen, When User/Employee is saving at that time system will check if expense having budget mandatory and "New Requisition Request URL" is set in configuration then only system will send a request to P2P system for new Expense application but it will skip approver flow from aruti Claim module.

  • In Claim Request screen, When User/Employee is saving at that time system will check if the expense is HR Expense then only system will process in aruti and will go for approval for claim request approver in aruti.

  • If any expense application having budget mandatory then  User/Employee won't be able to edit/delete that expense application because we don't have any P2P parameters for edit/delete expense application in P2P system.

  • If the Expense Application applied from Leave Application screen,then it will follow same above instructions only difference is about Edit.User/Employee can edit leave application but they wont be able to edit expense application which is having budget mandatory.

  • If Leave application having expense application and budget is mandatory then right now system will not allow User/employee to cancel/delete leave application. 

  • New setting on Expense master have been included with GL Code which is optional and put options for P2P settings,all these settings will be accessible when Expense's UOM type is amount :

      1.Budget Mandatory -is true then only user have to select Expenditure type (i) Opex (ii) Capex.for (b) is true then opex and             Capex is disabled. 

       2. HR Expense.

  • The system should allow staff to add more than one route/sector per each expense selected on claim.  

  • Allow same expense multiple times on singe CR Form.

  • On claim application screen, after applying for leave, make it possible to view applied claims upon clicking the search button.The same way we have on leave application screen.

  • On claim & request it should be possible to set remark as mandatory.

  • On claim and request screen it should be possible for user to select/indicate currency for the amount requested- (Accommodate Multi-currency Use same currency setting set on Currency master).

  • Included Setting on Configuration option for Sector/route Assignment To (1) Employee(s) (2) Expense(s).

  • Ability to map expense with sector/route.

  • Claim Retirement feature has been included in this module.

NOTE: PLEASE DON'T CHECK LEAVE APPROVAL AND CLAIM APPROVAL BECAUSE IT IS STILL PENDING. JUST CHECK P2P INTEGRATION WITH OUR SYSTEM. APPROVAL THING WE WILL DO IT LATER AFTER YOUR FEEDBACK FOR ABOVE THINGS.

  • STILL PENDING THINGS FOR P2P :

    (1) OPEX Budget Request Cost Centerwise

Mailbox

  • Now Sender Name will be sent from email/notifications instead of sender email in the mailbox.

  • In letter template new fields have been included for Raised and Against Employee details and its allocations and new grievance fields of Grievance Reference No, Grievance Description, Grievance Relief wanted

Aruti Reports

  • New Payslip Template 17 with both base currency as well as paid currency has been included (# 0003269).

  • In payslip report now displayed earning on payslip mapped from benefit should take the name of the transaction head.( # 0003292).

  • New Report type Employee Year of Service Report in Employee Duration Report has been included.

  • On JV ledger report two links for export to CSV and Flex cube NMB JV have been separated now.

  • On Employee Qualification report, include employee code on the report. The employee code is currently lacking on that report. (# 2579).

  • For payroll total variance report & variance report, checkbox to include % column (show Variance % column) but by default should be unchecked has been included. (# 0003301).

  • Made Flex Cube JV consolidated if mapped to the same account.

  •  iScala JV account package Integration for Hyatt changes have been included (Support # 0003549).

  • BR-CBS JV Accounting integration to export data to CBS SQL database in xml format.(# 0002673).Setting related this integration has been accommodated on the configuration.

  • New SAP ECC 6.0 JV integration has been included (# 3593). 

  • On Flex Cube JV for NMB show employee bank branch code instead of cost center custom code if JV transaction is mapped with employee bank account no. on employee account configuration

  • Given cost center on JV from mapped cost center on loan and saving screen for loan and saving transactions.For this new setting, Cost Center for the advance drop-down has been included on Option -> Payroll setting.

  • Changes on iScala JV on Company configuration Mapping Reference Code has been included (#0003650).

  • On Late Arrival / Early Departure report, include shift name - time so that user can easily recognize that for xyz shiftname, this much late min was there(# 0003555).

  • Make a filter for department and section optional or Clone the existing employee schedule report for Papaye, and Remove the screen filter of Department & Section. Make Analysis By & Adv Filter options to work as the client needs to generate this report by branch, by department. (# 0003221).

  • Shift type filter option included in daily timesheet reports. (# 0003630).

  • On manual attendance register report, Sort By shift name option has been included. (# 0003596).

NMB UAT Comments 

Leave :
(1)  The save button when applying leave should read Apply and not Save. => Change Language from Leave Form Add/Edit screen.

(2) To change Caption to Approval and Hover message from Change status to Change Approval Status. => Change Language from Leave Approval List screen.

(3) On Process Pending Leave , the word Status to be Select Approval Status. => Change Language from Leave Approval List / Leave Approval add/Edit screen.

Performance & Appraisal Module :

3. Template 2 does not pick Overall Performance Scores as computed by defined formula. Also under Operational activities Table, Total scores to be as formula computed. Same for Personal Attributes Section. Where we are using scale, it’s summing up the individual scores and gives total score which is out of scale. Can this template show logo?     ----- Pending
4. When you run compute score process, wrong scores display.
5. Everytime when you edit assessor assessment, this message pops up: Assessment date should be greater than..…
6. Self Score computation Issue on ZRA for Employee Total Score.


Recruitment Module :

1.    If staff requisition approver mapping is done by department etc. then vacancy requisition should by default be based on department and NOT allow requester to select any other allocation in the Requisition By field. Requisition By Field should be auto-filled based on how approver mapping was done 
2.    When user submits final shortlist for approval, add comment box for the sender to add comments/remarks. Comments on how the final short list was arrived at.
3.    Add Nationality field on Applicant filter screen
4.    Enhance existing Vacancy List Report -- >> To have 4 Status types i.e. 1. Not published (vacancy added but not posted to the web), 2. Open (applications ongoing)  3. Closed (vacancy closed), 4. Filled (should not allow further user operations on it e.g. should not allow shortlisting or interviews on it) with option to filter report by status. This report to include Count per status.

 

Aruti Self-service

  • From this version connection web config has been separated, So from version 77.1 SP of Self service we will not deploy old web config it will be deployed only if there is any changes in it.

  • Self service connection file has been separated , so with this sp you will have to guide those customers whose database is on other server than application server like NMB to manually put their database server ip where its set".\apayroll' in this file named WebConnection.config.

  • Provide options in language of renaming of the captions  on Leave balance page on both ESS and MSS.( from desktop menu you can change this language -> language tab -> look for leave detail form in drop down.

  • Tool Tip to show ESS/MSS full form has been included.

  • Caption renamed from Self Assessment to My Assessment in Performance Module.

  • New setting to view Employee scale on ESS has been included.(# 3656).

  • Now if system error setting email is configured then message box with Error Report button will send email to configured email. And Don’t Report button will not send email to configured email.If email is not set then it will prompt user that email is not configured.

  • On employee timesheet report all settings from desktop report have been included,which were not there on this report in self service. (# 3365).

  • Renaming Loan tab on SS in the application window. Client would like to rename the Loan selection tab on SS to Loan/Advance, and rename the advance tab to "blank". (Support # 0003941).

  • Calibration Status Report has been included (#12 NMB Calibration UAT ).

  • Issue regarding "This is past year transaction." throw when Employee financial year AD start date greater than financial year Database start date. message has resolved.

  • Issue regarding Performance module testing for NMB have been resolved :1. They have submitted employee for approval but approver is not able to see on approval screen for approval. Though on the creator's side, on submitted for approval screen, it shows employee already submitted for approval.2. They had created some employees without all allocations and saved temporarily. Now when they click on edit and populate all the missing allocations, and then save, the allocations aren’t getting saved.

  • Issue regarding Missing perspective detail on Self service where Neither Cascading nor Alignment cascading option is NOT used

  • When other cascading option e.g. loose cascading, loose goal alignment or strict goal alignment etc. is used, perspective details is invisible when adding goals. This happens on SS. On desktop its ok. After selecting goal owner target, the perspective should automatically fill up accordingly as it happens on desktop - that does not happen, has been resolved.(Support # 0003574).

  • Issue regarding Error Throw "SqlErrorNumber : 8152 ;String or binary data Would be truncated has been resolved.

  • Issue regarding Renaming and alignment of leave notifications as attached document have been included for leave module.

  • Issue regarding Message comes upon clicking Approve button during goals approval -Comment: the message should be changed to “You are about to Approve this Performance Planning for the selected employee, once approved employee will not be able to modify. Do you wish to continue?”

  • Message comes upon clicking Reject button during goals approval 

  • Comment: the message should be changed to “You are about to reject this Performance Planning for the selected employee, once rejected employee will be able to modify. Do you wish to continue?”
